Interesting topic! Maybe you could add a #11 Titled: When all else fails, how do I get people to even visit my home let alone make an offer. The MLS hasn’t worked according to my agent. He has advertised open houses and no one comes, pricing is the best in the neighborhood, I don’t have wierd colors or anything. There’s a lockbox, and I make it easy to show (okay, I ask for two hours notice), and last I had a professional stager come in and did everything she asked. I am at a loss. I n eed people to come through. Anyone know any novel ideas?
