Top Ten List to Grow? October 30, 2006

One of our readers has suggested we add “When All Else Fails” topic as #11 to the Top Ten Must Do list for motivated sellers in today’s market.  See comment to original post on this subject.  He laments, “…how do I get people to even visit my home let alone make an offer …I need people to come through.  Anyone know any novel ideas?” 

 

NBC News reports sellers are “sweetening deals for ‘home sweet home’ as the market cools sellers go to great lengths to attract buyers.”  “A Fort Lauderdale seller is offering to throw in a new plasma flat-screen TV and others nationwide offering free furniture, luxury cars, even the use of a private jet” NBC News correspondent Kerry Sanders reports.

 

So, I throw it out to you. What works when all else fails in
Southern Arizona? A Plasma TV or special tickets to the Wildcats game?  Let’s brainstorm with Philip and get creative!
